Donnie handles ONLY commercial-investment properties. We started the first commercial real estate group in the Paducah area twenty years ago, and continue to provide professional service to property owners and investors.

Donnie owned the Coldwell Banker company in Paducah for 20 years, and the commercial francise since Coldwell Banker Commercial began franchising, but sold the company in 2010 in order to devote full time to marketing Commercial-Investment properties and helping clients invest IRA funds into quality commercial properties.

Donnie earned his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1996. CCIM is an organization of commercial real estate professionals nationwide who have been trained to perform real estate transactions in a standardized professional method, through a network of the top commercial Realtors in the country.

Donnie was inducted into the Circle of Distinction at the 2003 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference. The Circle of Distinction honors the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker Commercial agents worldwide. He qualified for this prestigious award for three years in a row.
